I forgot my password.
Use the Forgot password link on the login page. Enter your email and you'll receive a 6-digit reset code. Enter the code and set a new password.
I didn't receive a verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, wait a few minutes and try resending the code from the verification page. Make sure your email address is correct.
My course enrollment isn't showing up.
Sign out and back in to refresh your session. If the issue persists, contact us with your order details and we'll sort it out.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests can be submitted from the Payments section of your learner dashboard. Our team reviews each request within 3–5 business days.
